Founder Lianne Lyne, MSc, ACC, MBPsS is an ICF accredited coach with over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles in film production, marketing and communications, and in her own sport performance enhancement and performance coaching practices. She has coached and consulted at all levels of organizations within a wide range of industries, including world-class marketing and communications, automotive, and manufacturing and she was one of the first female sport psychology consultants to work in the English Premier League.
Since relocating to the U.S. in 2010, Lianne’s work as an adjunct professor at Wayne State University resulted in her being awarded My Favorite Professor at the Annual Athletic Awards in both 2011 and 2012. She spent almost two years at GTB (formerly WPP agency Team Detroit) as VP, Cultural Director working on creating sustainable positive change in the company’s culture where she introduced the company’s rewards and recognition initiative which won Grand Prize, 2015 Positive Business Project: Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
Lianne’s passion lies in raising the consciousness of leaders to inspire them to coach and mentor others to be better leaders themselves. Her results-driven, effective coaching style establishes a strong rapport with clients through genuineness, non-judgmental caring, and empathy. She believes that all experiences are opportunities for growth.
Lianne holds an MSc in Sport Psychology and a First Class BSc with Honors in Psychology. She has successfully coached elite athletes and executives in the UK and US since 2006, and has a background that makes her uniquely qualified to help you reach your full potential. Lianne partners with certified coaches and sport psychologists to provide our clients with a results-focused tailored service to fulfill their needs
Lianne is a member of The American Psychological Association (APA), The British Psychological Society (BPS), International Coach Federation (ICF), The British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES), The Society for Sport, Exercise & Performance Psychology (APA Div 47), and The Society of Consulting Psychology (APA Div 13). Lianne is also a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
